Heritage Associates, Inc., established in 1997, by Don McNamara CMC, is a boutique consulting and coaching firm committed to offering its clients excellent customized services.  Initially, Heritage Associates focused on sales management consulting and training; then in 2007 it’s focus expanded, when Maureen Rhyne, Ph.D. joined the firm as President of Heritage Associates Coaching & Consulting Division.

Don McNamara
CMC is a Certified Management Consultant (www.imcusa.org) and has over 30 years sales experience from the field level to executive sales management. He has recruited, hired, trained and supervised over 1,200 sales persons and their managers. Don has extensive background diagnosing traits in salespeople and sales supervisors that require development and coaching, as well as systems and processes that require modification and streamlining.

He has rejuvenated sales teams on several occasions and turned under performing teams into top performers in their companies.

Prior to founding Heritage Associates, Inc. in 1997, Mr. McNamara held a variety of field and staff management positions with Best Software, Pervasive Software, Rockwell International and Intergraph Corporation. He began his career with the Burroughs Corporation.

While he has the background in the technical requirements of sales management, he has numerous years experience in helping large and small organizations to improve their sales organizations through the practical application of sound management and development principles.

President - Maureen Rhyne, Ph.D.

Heritage Associates' President Maureen Rhyne is committed to the continuous learning, development, and actualization of her clients. Maureen brings a broad base of experience and perspective to organizations and their members who are on a journey toward excellence. She has clinical, academic and consulting experience in the fields of nursing, medicine, psychology, education and business. Maureen has successfully advised C-level leaders, as well as Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers, who have been identified as having high potential. And, she has assisted technically gifted executives to develop their leadership skills, and for others, prevent derailment.

Maureen has made an impact on clients for more than twenty-five years.

  • Working with Maureen for little over a year, resulted in one of her clients' promotion to Vice President of an area responsible for ensuring the organization's competitive edge in the changing healthcare environment.

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University; a Master of Science degree in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach; and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California. In addition to being a licensed psychologist, Maureen has earned the designation of Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified Professional Coach from the College of Executive Coaching.
